Lizi has over 25 years’ experience within Learning and Development, working across multiple sectors, including Retail, Finance and Technology, before spending the last 10 years in Housing. As Head of Colleague Experience and Development, Lizi leads the People Development, Equality & Diversity and Colleague Engagement agendas for Great Places Housing Group. Working for a profit-for-purpose business, Lizi has enabled high impact learning and engagement solutions, delivering a value for money approach, whilst embracing new and innovative approaches that create successful learning experiences within a hybrid world.

Naomi is a digital learning enthusiast and a member of the new People Development team at Great Places Housing Group in Manchester. Coming from a background in education and language teaching, she has experience of creating engaging resources to improve learning outcomes. She has recently been creating content and curating resources on Great Places’ LXP to encourage connection between colleagues, provide access to learning and support materials and has enabled the remote onboarding of over 250 new starters since 2020.
