Creative Director at iAM Learning
Tom is the resident Chief of Design at iAM. He heads up all things visual communication. Is responsible for the inception and final creation of the iAM brand as well as setting the creative direction and quality assurance for all our learning courses and marketing activities. Leading a team of 60 strong (internal & contractors) creatives comprising project managers, designers, storyboard artists, scriptwriters and course builders to deliver over 80 eLearning courses every quarter over multiple clients. He’s been the creative director on some very distinguished brands such as The Football Association, BBC, Dreamworks LLC, Disney, Cartoon Network, BBC, The Royal Mint and The National Trust, to name a few.

One half of the Tom duo, Tom 1 is our Chief Operations Officer. Tom set up all the systems, so got to the naming first and so beat Tom 2 to the numbering system. Tom has worked on £750m of transformation and was lucky enough to learn from the best at Harvard. Sometimes called the Godfather, he’s in charge of all operations and processes for iAM.
