Sam has 16 years’ experience supporting both enterprise and SME clients to future-proof their workforces by means of high quality, inclusive and productive apprentice talent pipelines; culminating in his team achieving an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ inspection outcome in June 2023. More recently, in his role as CCO with GLP Training, Sam has fostered the development of their leadership & sustainability apprenticeship pathway, empowering GLP’s employer-partners to achieve challenging sustainability targets through the maximisation of their apprenticeship investment in the face of rising costs and customer expectations.
