Comedian, Presenter and Author

Ruby Wax was awarded an OBE for her services to mental health and continues to spearhead the conversation around wellbeing. Ruby made her name interviewing the likes of Donald Trump, Madonna, and OJ Simpson on her 25 year-long show When Ruby Wax Met.

She is the author of seven Sunday Times best-selling books and holds a Master’s degree in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy from Oxford University. Ruby is also the founder of Frazzled Café, a charity offering people a safe space to meet and share their stories.

Ruby hit screens in 2022, alongside Melanie Brown and Emily Atack, retracing the footsteps of the explorer Isabella Bird in the BBC travel series Trailblazers. Her most recent show, Castaway for Channel 5, saw her spend 10 days isolated on a Madagascan Island, coping with her own mental and physical health, as well as her surroundings.

After a sell-out UK tour in 2023, Ruby is back on the road in 2024, starring in her one woman play, I’m Not As Well As I Thought I Was, an adaptation from her latest best-selling book.

Ruby is presenting the closing keynote at World of Learning Conference & Exhibition
