Jill Pennington leads the UK Talent solutions team at Talogy and partners with clients to provide assessment and development for individuals, teams, and leaders. With a career spanning over 30 years in both in-house and consulting roles, Jill has developed a deep understanding of successful leadership and team performance. She has been instrumental in the development of Talogy’s leadership framework and creation of a global suite of leadership solutions.
In her consulting work she supports leaders and teams in navigating complex challenges, leading change, and fostering a culture of engagement and collaboration. Her approach is to foster awareness, provide insight and encourage experimentation to enhance performance.
Miriam McCallum
Director, Coaching Practice, Talogy
Working as a coach for over 25 years, Miriam has worked with leaders and executives across a whole range of industries, and founded and ran her own organisation for 10 years before joining Talogy in 2012. Grounded in Behavioural and Humanistic Psychology, Systemic Approach, Gestalt and Person-Centred theory, Miriam’s approach brings focus, facilitates personal insight, and increases self-awareness in the process of making deep mindset shifts and behavioural change. As a qualified Executive Coach, Miriam works regularly with senior leaders, board members and Chief Executives. Typical areas of focus include transition and change, interpersonal effectiveness, team development, conflict resolution, and influencing skills.
