Organisational Data Analytics & Insights Leader, Accenture
Ksenia is an experienced leader of research and data science teams with background in organisational behaviour. She has worked in both academic and practitioner settings, focussing on translating scientific evidence into best practice recommendations for business leaders and managers.
At Accenture Ksenia shapes the strategy for driving value through data and AI in people analytics products. She works directly with clients to educate practitioners on the behaviours and mindset of data-driven organisational practice, and to prototype innovative approaches to measuring and making decisions about change.
Previously Ksenia was a Chief Scientist at Nesta, the UK’s innovation foundation leading Nesta’s methods teams in experiments and evaluation; design; data analytics; collective intelligence; arts and culture, ensuring rigour and leading cross-functional innovation.
As the Head of Research and Thought Leadership at the CIPD, she developed the organisation’s research strategy and governance, overseeing programmes on technology at work, corporate governance, and skills, as well as leading CIPD’s own strategic research.
She also spent three years at the Work Foundation, carrying out research and evaluation projects in areas of health and well-being, leadership, and future of work and employment.
Ksenia holds a degree in Psychology, a masters in Economics and Social Sciences from UCL and Jagiellonian University. Her PhD in Management from Lancaster University focussed on altruistic behaviours of business leaders. She is a published author, experienced speaker and media spokesperson, and an invited lecturer at university courses, including London Business School.
