She swiftly climbed the ranks, holding pivotal roles such as Franchise Development Manager, Training Manager, and International Training Manager. Her comprehensive understanding of the business and her passion for nurturing talent have been instrumental in driving the company’s success across various markets. Emma’s expertise lies in crafting impactful learning strategies, leading international training initiatives, and developing robust frameworks for franchise growth.
