Prior to founding Karian and Box, Ghassan headed up global employee communications and engagement at ICI, British Gas and Rolls-Royce. He now leads a team of over 130 engagement, culture, and leadership research specialists and a team of internal communications / campaigns professionals. Since selling the business to Ipsos, he has remained CEO and now heads up Ipsos’s EX division.
