I found the conferences greatly beneficial and being able to get direction and insight from leading experts.
The biggest benefit was taking a step away from the day job and being immersed in the wider workplace learning industry.
It was good to hear from industry experts about the future of L&D, to be challenged on our fear of metrics and to think about new ways of attracting and retaining talent and rewarding them more transparently.
