He has more than 30 years of learning and organisational development in commercial, technological, and not-for-profit organisations. He regularly speaks at conferences, writes, and contributes to research.

Gaëlle is an expert in the virtual classroom and founder of SyncSkills. Her work includes hosting and production services for virtual classrooms and webinars. Gaëlle helps British and European organisations to design and implement innovative learning strategies for commercial training organisations and membership bodies.

She has delivered on digital, and modern learning agendas to support effective business and organisational outcomes. She is now committed to working with businesses on developing transformational learning strategies to create performance led cultures.

Liggy is an award-winning and best-selling author, presenter, and international consultant. She is also the founding director of The Learning Architect, an international consortium of behavioural skills specialists. Liggy is recognised as a thought leader on human resilience and wellbeing, working with a wide range of global organisations across the sector. 

Asif Sadiq
Asif is the Senior Vice President at Warner Bros. Discovery for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, International, he was previously the Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion at adidas and has a long and rich career in the diversity and inclusion space with senior executive roles at The Telegraph Media Group, EY Financial Services and the City of London Police. He is a board member for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and a member of the board of advisors for Hedley May. Over his 20-year career he has worked in Europe, North America, South America, Middle East, Africa and Asia. 
He is winner of numerous awards including the highly commended Head of Diversity Award at the European Diversity Awards and was honoured with an MBE in 2017 by the Queen and granted the freedom of the City of London in 2016.   

Ben Betts
Ben serves as CEO for Learning Pool, the e-learning solutions provider empowering organizations to deliver extraordinary learning outcomes with its comprehensive suite of innovative technologies. Previously, Ben served as Chief Product Officer for Learning Pool where he worked to help define and develop Learning Pool’s next generation of workplace digital learning platforms, with a focus on Learning Experience Platforms and the Learning Analytics space. Ben helped to build HT2 Labs from humble beginnings into a globally recognized innovator in workplace digital learning. 

Dani Saadu
Dani is a senior, global people & organisational development professional with a proven track record in developing global people strategies, designing and implementing global people programmes and interventions. A certified Scrum Master and Lean Six Sigma specialist with a strong focus on ensuring that concepts and theories are translated into practical and sustainable programmes that deliver a measurable return on investment. He has nearly 20 years’ people sector experience in pharma, retail and travel.

Dr. Satnam Sagoo
Satnam recently joined Imperial College NHS trust (April 2022) as the Associate Chief People Officer and is accountable for leading the trust wide organisation development, leadership, learning and wellbeing strategies and responsible for the people transformation programmes.
Prior to joining Imperial, Satnam was the Director of Learning and Organisation Development at the British Red Cross (BRC) where she  was accountable for the end to end People Experience of 100,000 staff and volunteers. Satnam was also responsible for leading the BRC Wellbeing; Diversity and Inclusion programmes and was Chair of the Anti –Racism Group.

Jonathan Kettleborough
Jonathan has been involved in Learning and Development, Education and Change for over 30 years and has driven success by using appropriate data.  His use of data and data techniques has underpinned major change, increased budgets, set organisational direction and allowed him to robustly defend key decisions – always!

Pash Reddy
Pash is KPMG Deal Advisory’s head of L&D. She has over 20 years supporting overall business strategies and driving business growth through learning initiatives. Prior to this, she was director of learning at FRA, head of learning for Deloitte Consulting, and vice president of global digital learning at Allianz Global Investors. Pash is also an associate lecturer for the Open University.

Phil Reddall
As a Strategic HR professional with a deep Learning & Development specialism, Phil is passionate about efficiency and effectiveness and impact of people/HR services; especially in learning. He is constantly working to ensure the best possible results in terms of business impact. Functional leadership, Change, and Innovation is often at the heart of what Phil does as is working with colleagues across the employee lifecycle to ensure the right outcome for the business.

Robert Nunn
Robert is currently the head of talent and development for Colliers and has been in the field for nearly 25 years, with a key focus of building a high performance, inclusive culture through the development of senior leaders in the post-pandemic world. He applies expertise across sectors including real estate, fin tech, recruitment, and retail.

Robin Hoyle
Robin has spent more than three decades in L&D. He is author of two books, and in 2021 he was named as one of the 15 most influential people in L&D. He is the Head of Learning Innovation for Huthwaite International.

Steve Ragg
Steve dedicates his working life to helping organisations and the people in them thrive through change. Steve has extensive experience of working with L&D teams to develop change management capability and believes that doing so in the context of real changes that matter is vital to achieving great outcomes. He is a Prosci Certified Advanced change management Instructor and lives in West Sussex.

Catherine is a learning entrepreneur, who has worked with L&D professionals for more than 30 years. She co-founded digital learning resources publisher, Scott Bradbury in 2003, and also worked as a director for Fenman. She is committed to promoting innovative ways of learning at work.

Daniel is an expert in artificial intelligence (AI), applied technology, and ethics. He is also the CEO and founder of Satalia, which led to his role of WWP’s chief Al officer.
